Hi I’m Jelle Stokvis!

I’m a Dutch Immersive Media Artist and currently student at the Netherlands Film Academy.

I am an artist, with a background in Theatre and Film, who engages with scientific and philosophical subjects. I’m on a journey to tell storys about our reality.
I have become fascinated with the idea of interconnectedness and the totality of our reality. We humans may not be able to perceive the full picture but this doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist.

In my project SYSTEM HUMAN, I try to visualize parts of this totality.

I’m inspired by science and by nature, with a bit of hope for spirituality. With my work, I show you my view on our existence. I try to convey a sense of wonder and raise questions about our existence.

For my own projects I generally work with TouchDesigner as my main software but I also have experience with Unreal Engine 5, Unity, Blender and Maya.
